Carpool Logistics is No. 142 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. It's our first year on the list.
Closer to home, Atlanta Business Chronicle ranked Carpool No. 11 on its 2026 Pacesetter Awards, which recognize the fastest-growing privately held companies in metro Atlanta.
Both lists measure growth. The Pacesetter rankings are based on revenue and employee growth from 2023 through 2025. The Inc. 5000 ranks private companies by revenue growth over a three-year period.
That window reflects a lot of work. In 2025, Carpool delivered 149,000 vehicles, up 114% year over year, and our customer base grew 63%.
Numbers like that don't come from a single decision. They come from thousands of moves done right, week after week.
Our operations team plans, dispatches, and tracks thousands of moves every week, and gets ahead of exceptions before a customer has to ask. Our carrier partners show up when the load says they will. And the dealer groups, auctions, and fleets we work with kept sending us more vehicles because the work held up. Some of them took a chance on us in our first year and are still with us.
Mike Malakhov, our Co-founder & CEO, describes Carpool as being in the trust business, and says every decision should be measured against one question: does it build trust or erode it?
"This network got built one delivery at a time, and trust got built the same way. Customers sent us more cars because we showed up when we said we would. And when we couldn't, they heard it from us first."
Thank you to Inc. and Atlanta Business Chronicle for the recognition. Congratulations to this year's Inc. 5000 honorees, and to the 60 other Pacesetter companies building here in Atlanta.
These rankings belong to the team, the carrier partners, and the customers who built Carpool one delivery at a time.
