The Role

Support the internal tools and applications powering our vehicle logistics business. You'll work with operations, product, and engineering teams to investigate user issues, manage support tickets, and improve internal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support for employees, customers, and carriers
• Investigate user-reported issues and escalate technical problems with documentation
• Manage and respond to support tickets in Jira
• Assist with reports and dashboards supporting operational decisions
• Train users on transportation management systems and internal tools
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions in knowledge bases
• Collaborate with product and engineering on bug reproduction and improvements
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a junior or senior degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, web applications, or similar concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and an investigative approach
• Clear communication skills and comfort with end-user interaction
• Ability to manage work independently and recognize escalation needs
• Preferred: Tableau or Amazon QuickSight experience
• Helpful: PHP, Laravel, or technical support background

Compensation

$15.00–$17.00 per hour.
