Dealer Shipment Order Form
Use this form to place a shipment order on your dealer account — up to five vehicles per order. Orders go straight to our operations team for entry and dispatch. For larger loads or recurring lanes, email orders@carpoollogistics.com or use the order templates.
Orders placed here are governed by the Carpool Terms & Conditions accepted at sign-up. Completed shipments are invoiced to your dealer account under its payment terms — 15 days after delivery.
