Your logistics, handled. End to end.
Whether you're replacing a broker or eliminating in-house logistics headcount, Carpool runs vehicle transport as a managed service — coordinated by our team, executed on our platform, backed by a vetted carrier network.
Every step. Owned by Carpool.
Most providers hand you a carrier and disappear. We stay on every shipment from the moment you submit it until the vehicle is signed for — and through whatever happens after.
Submit and route
Submit via portal or API. Our TMS prices, bundles, and routes automatically.
Vetted assignment
Assigned to a vetted carrier from our closed network. No unverified carriers, no surprises at pickup.
VIN-level visibility
GPS visibility, geofence alerts, digital inspections. Real-time, not faxed after the fact.
Exceptions owned
Exceptions handled by our ops team. You don't get forwarded — we handle it.
Digital handoff
Digital POD, automated billing, claims documentation if anything's needed.
What is managing vehicle logistics in-house really costing you?
The carrier invoice is the visible cost. Staff hours, lot days, and claims are the rest. Enter your numbers and see the full picture.

The difference is who owns the outcome.
Outsourcing to a traditional broker means a middleman between you and the carrier. Carpool replaces that model with a managed service — platform, team, and a vetted network behind every shipment.
Carrier network
Open load board carriers — unverified, unmonitored, lowest-bidder assignment.
Closed, vetted carrier network — continuously monitored for compliance, insurance, and performance.
Visibility & documentation
Manual status updates and paper BOLs — call or email for ETAs, paperwork arrives after the fact, if at all.
Live VIN-level GPS tracking plus digital eBOL and inspections — timestamped, geotagged, accessible in real time.
Exception handling
Exceptions forwarded — problems passed back to your team to resolve.
Exceptions owned by Carpool — our ops team resolves issues, you get updates, not work tickets.
Claims
Your problem — you document, you file, you wait.
Managed through resolution — we document, file, and follow through.
A broker hands off the load. Carpool stays accountable through delivery — and through whatever happens after.
Managed transport, tailored to how you operate.
Every segment moves vehicles differently. Carpool's managed service adapts to the workflows, timelines, and priorities that matter most to your team.

How does managed pricing work?
Pricing is built around lane, volume, and service level — not load-board spot rates. Most customers settle into a blended program rate after onboarding, which stabilizes cost and eliminates weekly carrier negotiation. We scope pricing with you directly; there's no public rate card because no two operations look the same.
Is there a minimum volume to work with Carpool?
There's no hard minimum, but managed economics work best at consistent monthly volume. Lower-volume movers typically get more value from our self-serve portal and browser extension. We'll be direct with you on the call about which option fits.
How quickly can we onboard?
Most customers go live within one to two weeks. The lift on your side is light: contracts, integration points if you want them, and a kickoff to align on lanes, SLAs, and reporting. Volume can ramp immediately or stage in as you're comfortable.
What if we already use a load board?
Many of our customers do — and most leave it running through transition. Carpool isn't a load board; it's the managed alternative to one. You decide whether to run them in parallel or sunset the board entirely.
Who handles problems when something goes wrong?
We do. Our ops team owns exceptions through resolution — late pickups, damage at delivery, paperwork issues, carrier no-shows. You get status updates, not work tickets. The defining promise of managed transport is that you stop being the escalation point.
What's included vs. what costs extra?
Tracking, digital inspections, documentation, exception handling, and claims management are all included in the managed rate. Custom reporting, API integration, and specialty equipment programs are scoped per customer. There are no per-feature upsells inside the managed service itself.
