The Role

Expand enterprise business across OEMs, fleets, and franchise dealer groups. You'll own the enterprise sales pipeline, cultivate relationships with automotive executives, and develop solutions addressing vehicle logistics and supply chain needs, collaborating with founders and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise sales strategy targeting OEMs, fleets, and franchise dealer groups
• Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline from outreach through contract execution
• Establish executive relationships across the automotive industry
• Conduct consultative sales conversations addressing supply chain and operational challenges
• Develop proposals and solutions with leadership, operations, product, and marketing
• Own revenue targets, pipeline reporting, forecasts, and sales KPIs
• Monitor automotive and logistics trends for opportunity identification
• Represent Carpool at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years automotive industry experience (logistics/transportation preferred)
• Demonstrated success selling complex services to enterprise automotive accounts
• Established experience with OEMs, fleets, franchise dealer groups, or similar organizations
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management
• Capacity to develop sales strategy while managing complete sales cycles
• Sound commercial judgment on revenue growth, pricing, and account profitability
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
