The Role

Serve as a primary liaison between Carpool and OEM partners, overseeing finished vehicle transportation execution while maintaining OEM standards for quality, timing, compliance, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for OEM supply chain stakeholders
• Oversee vehicle transportation from plants, ports, railheads, and service centers to dealerships
• Monitor daily activity for compliance with OEM requirements
• Track carrier performance and resolve service failures
• Analyze shipment data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies
• Support API integrations and reporting requirements
• Collaborate across operations, technology, carrier relations, and sales
• Mentor team members as the segment expands

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years finished vehicle logistics experience with OEMs or logistics providers
• Strong knowledge of OEM requirements
• Transportation management system expertise
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Onsite in Atlanta with travel as needed
